These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all your purchases on, and your use of, the website sapsana.com. By visiting the site or making a purchase on, you are accepting the practices described in the Terms and Conditions. Please, read the Terms and Conditions prior to using our site and check back often as we may modify them.
Once you have places an order on our site, we will send you an e-mail with an electronic confirmation/invoice as a confirmation of your purchase. Therefore, it is of high importance that you provide us with the correct e-mail address when placing an order. The confirmation functions as your receipt of the purchase, so it is recommended that you save it to be referred to in case of any future contact with our customer service.
Shipment and delivery
The processing of your order starts immediately after it has been placed. We always try to do our best to meet the specified delivery times for the delivery method selected. The cases of late delivery shall not be the liability of our webstore. Our customer service cannot shorten the specified delivery time of your purchase.
Sapsana processes a large number of orders daily, and, as all the orders should be handled separately by number, they cannot be combined. Your understanding of this fact is highly appreciated.
If you wish to check the status of your shipment or track your order, please, sign in to your
personal account on Sapsana or contact us at email@example.com. Our assistants are always there to help you.
Our customers shall be responsible for providing us with the correct delivery address and
personal data of the addressee. Sapsana shall not be liable for the shipments returned due
to incorrect data contained in your order. In this case any additional shipping cost should be reimbursed by the customer.
All the products on Sapsana webstore meet the high-quality standards and have a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period we will repair or exchange the product returned at no additional cost. As soon as the warranty period expires, any repairs are subject to service charges. If the defect of the product shall be covered by the warranty, please, contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. The product returned will be repaired or exchanged within a reasonable time. To make the processing of your return faster, you may send us your order number and images of a damaged product (if damaged) taken from different angles and distances. This will help our customer service during the assessment of your return.
All our products are manufactured using the highest quality materials and are inspected prior to shipment. Our guarantee does not cover:
- loss, theft, natural disasters (including contacts with water and fire), that can cause defects or damages
- damages resulted from improper use or accidents (chock, indents, crushing, wear, scratches etc.)
- damages caused by modification or unauthorized repair made by a third party without our prior knowledge and consent
- changes and defects appeared due to normal wear (minor scratches, discolouration of the material etc.)
If the customer fails to receive the package from us within the specified period of time, Sapsana reserves the right to charge him/her the cost of return shipment as well as any administrative costs involved and the cost of new shipment. The average fee for uncollected shipment is 5-25$ plus charges for the new shipment. If an uncollected shipment is
registered, we will send you an invoice containing the charges mentioned above. As soon as your payment is processed, we will reship your order within 1-6 business days.
Exchanges and returns
We offer our customers 30 days’ full refund. A product that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for refund or exchange. NOTE: personalised, engraved or custom-made products cannot be returned. Our customers reserve the right to exchange a product for another at the same price, at a lower price, receive a full refund or store the credit on their personal account for further purchases. If the latter, the sum of money will be transferred to your personal account on Sapsana as soon as your return is confirmed. Your future purchases may be paid by using money on your personal account. Please, notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
Make sure that the product returned is unused and has its original packaging including all tags. We will send the product back to you if the return is not accepted. Please, note, that you will be charged shipping costs in this case. In case the product is returned used, Sapsana has the right to subtract a reasonable amount from your refund for the product value is declined, or refuse the return.
If you need to exchange for another size or alternative product, place a new order on our website. The original item should be returned according to our return policy: Exchange and Return - In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
Cookies are used on this site to provide the best user experience and improve our service quality. The information gathered shall be used to measure the site traffic and purchase flows. If you continue, we assume that you agree to receive cookies from this site. If you do not agree, you can change this option in the settings of your browser at any time.
Sapsana reserves the right for any text or image errors on the website, including errors in description of a product, specifications, prices and price adjustments. If the price for the product you have ordered is incorrect, we contact you as soon as possible and ask for your approval before shipping your purchase. Sapsana reserves the right for order cancellation without further notice.
Circumstances of insuperable force
Sapsana should be relieved from any penalties in case of government intervention, changed or amended legislation, failing to obtain permissions, war footing, fire, flood or other natural disaster, labour market disruption, prohibition, restriction, sabotage, unfavourable transport or weather conditions or non-deliveries from subcontractors, and any criminal activity being the circumstance beyond our control, affecting the operation of our company.
